As Commercial leader, Michelle brings over 15 years experience and significant success in strategic planning, product development and innovation. Michelle comes from Festival of Media and Contagious, where she was part of the Executive Leadership team leading the Ascential acquisition before co-founding Brands&Culture.

Charlotte Williams

CCO / Co-Founder

Charlotte heads up content, editorial and programming at Brands&Culture after six years as VP of Content and part of the senior leadership at Cannes Lions. Charlotte’s experience spans 20+ years across commercial event organisations and world leading trade publications before becoming the co-founder of The Thought Partnership and Brands&Culture.

Jo is a Marketing leader with specialist knowledge spanning 20+ years across live and virtual events, audience and membership growth. Jo was Executive Marketing Director at Wall Street Journal before co-founding the leading content and marketing agency, The Thought Partnership and Brands&Culture.

Editorial Producer

Piotr is an event strategy, programming and speaker strategy specialist working across the creative marketing, branded communications, innovation and tech industries.

Piotr has spent 10+ years curating content for Cannes Lions, Spikes Asia, Dubai Lynx, The Economist, and Sports Marketing events, and 15+ years in the creative marketing industry across content strategy and development, event programming, and PR, working with leading brands such as Patagonia, Mastercard, McDonald’s, Pfizer, IKEA, TikTok, OpenAI, Meta, Publicis, VML, Ogilvy, McCann, and more.

Administrative & Marketing Assistant

Lyka is a strategic Administrative and Marketing Assistant with over three years of experience driving operational efficiency and executing results-oriented digital marketing initiatives. She built a strong foundation at City of Dreams Mediterranean, where she developed a high level of organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. She later expanded her expertise within a U.S.-based marketing agency, managing multiple client accounts and supporting data-driven campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
