At the heart of Future Cut are Tunde Babalola and Darren Lewis: a duo whose trajectory spans from Manchester’s underground drum ’n’ bass movement to the global centre of pop culture. Their partnership began in the mid 90s scene they helped energise as promoters, before evolving almost by accident into a studio collaboration that would define their careers. That chemistry sparked early with the cult classic “Whiplash”, launching them into an international DJ career that took them from Europe to the US, building a reputation for energy, instinct and musical fearlessness.
