Shannon Womack leads Global Brand and Creative at Delta Air Lines – one of the world’s most emotionally resonant airline brands – where she is focused on building the creative system, cultural presence, and commercial capability that translates Delta’s brand equity into enterprise outcomes.
She has spent her career at the intersection of brand and business – in financial services, sports, healthcare, and travel with a consistent belief that the strongest brands don’t just communicate well, they build systems that make every customer touchpoint feel like the same experience. At Delta, that conviction has shaped roles spanning the full marketing ecosystem, leading paid media, social, and CRM channels, performance, product and lifecycle marketing.
With 15+ years of experience spanning a range of industries, Shannon began her career in the advertising space and at the US Open Tennis Tournament before joining Delta.
Shannon has been recognized by Brand Innovators as a Top 40 Under 40 and Woman to Watch, and by Adweek and Adcolor for her work at the intersection of brand and culture. She has served as Jury Chair for the Cannes Young Lions Marketing Competition and on the Clio Awards Brand Jury, and sits on the Board of She Runs It. She is a graduate of Northwestern’s Chief Marketing Officer Program and holds degrees from Northwestern University and NYU.
She lives in Atlanta with her husband and their two sons.
